  • @hannahroberson_97 Thanks for the question! Just because we say ‘in’ in English it doesn’t mean you can say ‘en’ in Spanish. Don’t assume you can always translate directly.
    I don’t think there is a specific rule here. You just need to know that the set phrases ‘in the morning’ or ‘in the afternoon’ use ‘por’.
